Does Relay replace or sync with our CRM?
Neither. Relay works alongside VinSolutions, DealerSocket, eLead, Tekion, DriveCentric and other CRMs through standard lead email (ADF/XML), the same way your lead providers already send leads. Relay handles the first response, the routing and the follow-up. It does not write leads back into your CRM, so keep your CRM process for store records.
How does routing work?
You choose how each lead gets handed out. Send it to every available rep at once and the first to claim it owns it, or rotate leads through your reps in order. Reps claim and work leads from the app on their phones.
What does the AI say to customers?
It replies within seconds, mentions the vehicle the customer asked about, answers availability questions and can book the appointment. It does not quote prices, payments or trade values. Those go to a person, and the AI stops the moment a rep sends a message. Automated texts wait for daytime hours in your customer’s time zone.
What can managers see?

Do reps use their personal phones?
They use the Relay app on their own device, but customers see the store’s local numbers, not the rep’s cell. Numbers and conversations belong to the dealership and stay when a rep leaves.
What about US texting registration?
US carriers require every business that texts customers to register its brand and numbers (A2P 10DLC). Each dealership texts under its own registered brand, and we file the registration with you during setup. STOP and opt-outs are handled automatically. Your store remains responsible for consent and for following the TCPA and state rules.
