About Relay

Relay is made by RazzyTech, a small software company in Surrey, British Columbia, Canada. The company is 17576528 Canada Inc.. It was founded by Tej Arora (LinkedIn).

Two products

• Relay is lead response and routing for car dealerships. US: relay.razzytech.com. Canada: userelay.ca.
• Relay Solo is for the individual car salesperson: a business number and an AI that answers leads. US: relay.razzytech.com/solo. Canada: solo.userelay.ca.

Why it exists

Most car leads that go cold were never answered in time. The person who could answer was on a test drive, at lunch, or off the clock. Relay exists so the first reply does not depend on someone being free.

Where we are

Relay and Relay Solo are available in Canada today. This site is the United States version, with prices in USD and US texting rules. We do not publish customer counts or results we cannot back up.
