Terms of Service (US)

These terms cover relay.razzytech.com and the use of Relay and Relay Solo in the United States. Relay is provided by RazzyTech (17576528 Canada Inc.). By using the site or the service you agree to them. If you sign up for the service, the terms shown at signup also apply, and they control if the two differ.

Your responsibility for texting and calling

Relay is a tool. You decide who you contact and what is sent from your account, including messages the AI sends on your behalf based on your settings. You are responsible for having consent to contact each person and for following the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, the Telemarketing Sales Rule, Do Not Call rules, state telemarketing and texting laws, state rules about automated or AI communications, carrier rules, and your dealership's policies. Relay handles STOP opt-outs and limits automated texts to daytime hours, but that does not make your use compliant on its own.

Prohibited use

No spam, purchased lists, or texting people who did not ask to hear from you. No content about sex, hate, alcohol, firearms, tobacco or cannabis, and no third-party lending, credit repair or “guaranteed approval” offers. No uploading credit applications or Social Security numbers. We may suspend accounts that put our carrier registrations or other customers at risk.

Carrier registration

US carriers require business texting to be registered. You must give true and complete information. The US$29 carrier registration fee is charged once at signup and covers a resubmission if the carriers ask for changes. Texting is enabled only after the carriers approve, which typically takes 5 to 15 business days and is not in our control.

Billing

Plans are month to month and billed in USD. Your monthly plan starts only after your texting is approved. We email you 7 days before your first monthly charge. You can cancel anytime from the billing page, and you will not be charged for the next month. You can request a refund of your first monthly charge within 14 days of that charge. Included usage resets each month and does not carry over. Top-ups do not expire while your account is open.

Your number

A Relay Solo number is assigned to your Relay account while your plan is active. If you cancel, we may release the number.

No emergency calls

Do not rely on Relay to call 911 or other emergency services. Use your mobile phone's regular dialer.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, RazzyTech is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. You agree to cover claims that arise from messages you send or cause to be sent through your account.
