SMS Terms (US)

Last updated October 12, 2026

Who sends these texts

Relay and Relay Solo let car salespeople and dealerships text their customers. Texts come from the salesperson or dealership named in the message, using a number registered with US carriers. RazzyTech provides the software and is not the sender.

What you will get

Replies about a vehicle or appointment you asked about, follow-ups on that inquiry, and appointment confirmations. Message frequency varies with your conversation. Some replies are written by an AI assistant for the salesperson.

Opt out: STOP

Reply STOP to any message to stop texts from that sender. You can also reply STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END or QUIT. You will get one confirmation and no more texts from that number unless you text it again or opt back in.

Help

For help, reply to the salesperson or email tej@razzytech.com.

Costs and carriers

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

Mobile numbers and opt-in information are not sold or shared with third parties for their marketing. See the privacy policy.

For Relay users

If you send texts through Relay, you are responsible for having consent and for following the TCPA, state law, carrier rules and your dealership's policy. See the terms of service.
