Privacy Policy (US)

This policy explains how RazzyTech (17576528 Canada Inc., “we”) handles information on relay.razzytech.com and in Relay and Relay Solo for users in the United States. Questions: tej@razzytech.com.

Waitlist and demo requests

When you join a waitlist or ask for a demo we collect your email, and if you give them, your name, dealership, role and state, plus the page you came from and campaign tags in the link. We store the exact consent wording you agreed to and the time. We use this only to contact you about Relay or Relay Solo, including when it opens in the US. You can unsubscribe at any time by replying to any email or writing to us, and we will delete your waitlist record on request.

Website analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand which pages are visited and which buttons are clicked. It uses cookies. You can block them in your browser or with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.

Using Relay

When you use Relay, we process your account details, your contacts and leads, messages and call records, and billing details (handled by Stripe). For your contacts and conversations you are in charge of the data and we process it on your behalf to run the service.

Mobile numbers and texting consent

We do not sell mobile phone numbers, and we do not share mobile numbers or SMS opt-in data with third parties for their marketing. We share the details needed to register your texting (such as your name, business details and number) with our messaging provider and the US carrier registry, only to file and maintain that registration.

Service providers

We use providers to run Relay, including Twilio (calls and texts), Stripe (payments), Supabase (database), Vercel (hosting), Google (AI models and analytics) and Resend (email). They process data only to provide their service to us.

Security and retention

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We keep account data while your account is open and for a limited time after, and we keep consent and opt-out records longer so opt-outs keep being honored. Never upload credit applications, Social Security numbers or license photos to Relay.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information by emailing us. Depending on your state you may have additional rights, and we will honor requests that apply to us.

Where data is processed

RazzyTech is a Canadian company. Your information may be processed in Canada and the United States.
