Your number

| Stays with you | The number belongs to your Relay account, not the dealership. Change stores and keep it, along with the customers you brought in. |

| Calls in the app | Call from your Relay number. Incoming calls ring on your lock screen. Voicemail up to 2 minutes. |

The AI

| Daytime only | AI replies and automated texts only go out between 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. in your customer’s time zone. |
| One-tap pause | Pause the AI for one customer, or switch it off. Text a customer yourself and the AI steps aside on that conversation. |
| AI Assistant (Pro) | Drafts messages and answers questions about your leads and schedule. It never sends on its own. |
Getting leads in

Not in the US at launch
Blast, which sends one message to many past customers at once, is off in the US at launch while we confirm what US carriers allow on individual registrations. The AI that answers phone calls is not offered in the US yet. Facebook Marketplace posting is not something Relay does.
