There are two ways to register, and signup asks which fits you. If you sell under your own name and have no EIN, you register as a sole proprietor: your legal name, address, and a YES reply to a code sent to your cell. If you have an EIN for your own LLC or company, you register that business instead. The registration has to describe who is really sending the texts, so pick the one that is true for you.
How many texts the included balance covers.
Usage rates: 3 cents per text you send, 2.5 cents per text you receive, 10 cents per picture you send, 3 cents a minute for calls. AI replies cost the same as a text you send. These are the rates in Relay today. If US rates change before launch, this page changes first.

On Starter, about 830 texts if every one is a text you send, or about 900 at an even mix of sent and received. On Pro, about 1,660 to 1,810. Long texts count as more than one, and calls come out of the same balance. You can top up on the web if you run hot.
Is there a free trial or a guarantee?
There is no free trial. Registering your number with US carriers costs real money the day you sign up, so the only upfront charge is the registration fee. Your monthly plan waits until you can text, and you get 14 days from your first monthly charge to ask for that charge back.
What happens if I cancel?
Cancel anytime on the web billing page. There is no contract. When you cancel, Relay stops sending and receiving for you, including on your number.
